Shinichiro Oka has 24 years of experience in Human Resources. He started his professional career at Toshiba Corporation, Japan as HR associate in 1991. After 11 years at Toshiba Corp, he joined United Technologies Corporation (UTC) and relocated to Singapore. At UTC, he obtained several important leadership roles including Regional HR Director for the Asia Pacific Operation. In 2008, he returned to Japan to join IBM as a HR Director for Global Business Services and Recruitment. He has also worked at IBM World Headquarters in NY, USA leading global executive talent development. Prior to joining MACROMILL, he was with Coca-Cola Japan as a Director, Human Resources & Strategic Business Partner.
