TOKYO – October 8th, 2015 – MACROMILL announced today that Scott Ernst will succeed Han De Groot as Chief Executive Officer, effective October 19th, 2015. Han De Groot remains a Board Member for MACROMILL. In this role, Mr. De Groot provides counsel to MACROMILL leadership on portfolio choices and strategic direction of the company.
Mr. Ernst joins MACROMILL after having been on the founding management team at four successful venture-backed startups and a leader of Millward Brown Digital (formerly known as Compete), growing the organization from a 20-person start up to a leader in the digital marketing space. He has led fast moving businesses and lived or worked in North America, Europe and Asia. Most recently, Mr. Ernst has been active as board Director or Advisor for Ditto Labs, Drift, Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange and mySupermarket.

Since October of last year, Mr. De Groot has played a central role in guiding the merged MetrixLab and MACROMILL to become the largest new generation insights provider in the industry.
