Notice Regarding Change of Board of Directors

Tokyo, August 9, 2022 - Macromill, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter, “Macromill”) has decided on the change of the following Board of Directors at its Board of Directors meeting on August 09, 2022.

The Board of Director nominees will be officially appointed after the 9th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on September 28, 2022, and Executive Officers will be appointed through the approval at the new Board of Directors meeting after the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
